On the Watertown Seal is a picture of an English Colonist and an Indian exchanging, as peace tokens,  bread for fish.  Captain Roger Clap landed at Nantasket Point in 1630 and rode up Charles River to Gerry's Landing with the first party of Watertown Colonists.

    Students will gain fundamental athletic skills while working as a team to learn games such as kickball, lacrosse, indoor soccer and other group games. All activities will take place indoor’s in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork, and most of all fun.

    March 13, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM @ Gymnasium

    A fun and active program where students will take part in different sports such as whiffle ball, lacrosse, indoor soccer and other group games. Two weeks will be dedicated to each of these sports where participants will be introduced to the basics of each game in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.

Exercises include muscle strengthening, light stretching, balance and posture improvement, and low-impact aerobics; all done to your favorite tunes! Regular exercise can improve circulation, help to strengthen bones, increase muscle mass, reduce joint stiffness, and improve general health. Plus, it’s fun! Whether it’s to get stronger, loosen up, or just get moving, give it a try and join us!
