This program will work on the fundamentals of Soccer, T-Ball and other games. The children will work on skills needed to play these games as well as learn about teamwork and sportsmanship in a fun, safe setting.
March 18, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM @ Gymnasium
Students will gain fundamental athletic skills while working as a team to learn games such as kickball, lacrosse, indoor soccer and other group games. All activities will take place indoor’s in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork, and most of all fun.

The Show Must Go On with Stacy Vachon is an 11 week workshop where children K-5 will choose music and scenes from popular musicals, then rehearse and perform them in a show for their friends and families.
The workshop will take place once per week at the Lowell School from the last week of March through May and there will be two sessions available to choose from. The first group will meet on Mondays from 2:35-4:00 while the second group will meet Tuesdays from 2:35-4:00. The cost for the program is $150 which includes the 11 sessions, dress rehearsal and all that is involved in putting on the show. Costume accessories will be discussed with and either created by the children on Mondays and Tuesdays during our workshops or could be simple items or accessories from home.
During our sessions we will learn what it is like to be on stage in front of an audience and we will choose music from shows that the children think will be fun to perform. As a child-driven workshop, we will be singin

Art Class instruction with Dawn Scaltreto. Bring your own supplies - water color, pastel, acrylic, pencil. Individuals work on their own pieces and receive instruction and critique from instructor.

Exercises include muscle strengthening, light stretching, balance and posture improvement, and low-impact aerobics; all done to your favorite tunes!
