    March 20, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM @ Gymnasium

    Students will gain fundamental athletic skills while working as a team to learn games such as kickball, lacrosse, indoor soccer and other group games. All activities will take place indoor’s in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork, and most of all fun.

  2. Junior All Sports Grades K - 2

    March 20, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM @ Gymnasium

    A fun and active program where students will take part in different sports such as whiffle ball, lacrosse, indoor soccer and other group games. Two weeks will be dedicated to each of these sports where participants will be introduced to the basics of each game in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.

    “The Ponder Heart” by Eudora Welty. Uncle Daniel Ponder, whose fortune is exceeded only by his desire to give it away, is a source of vexation for his niece, Edna Earle. Uncle Daniel's trial for the alleged murder of his seventeen-year-old bride is a comic masterpiece. Awarded the William Dean Howells Medal of the American Academy of Arts and Letters. Copies of the book are available at the Watertown Free Public Library.

    Try an exercise class at the Senior Center! The classes focus on the particular needs of seniors in a fun, safe environment. Exercises include muscle strengthening, light stretching, balance and posture improvement, and low-impact aerobics; all done to your favorite tunes! Regular exercise can improve circulation, help to strengthen bones, increase muscle mass, reduce joint stiffness, and improve general health. Plus, it’s fun! Whether it’s to get stronger, loosen up, or just get moving, give it a try and join us!
