TUESDAY EXERCISE Exercise class with Joanna Grubel at the Senior Center! The classes focus on the particular needs of seniors in a fun, safe environment. Exercises include muscle strengthening, light-stretching, balance and posture improvement, and low-impact aerobics; all done to your favorite tunes! Regular exercise can improve circulation, help to strengthen bones, Increase muscle mass, reduce joint stiffness, and improve general health. Whether it's to get stronger, loosen up, or just get moving, give it a try!

CRAFT DAY! TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28
Join us when we spend a day making craft items, some to be put for sale at our Holiday Boutique.
Ernie Berardinelli will be here at 11:00 to make Holiday wreaths. After you make your own stay and make another one we can sell! Cost: $15
Dawn Scaltreto will join us at 1:00 to help us decorate ornaments for your tree or decorating. Stay and make a couple for us to sell. Cost: $7.00
Tina Rose will share her bookmark making ideas at 2:00. Cost: $3.00.
Anytime from 11:00—3:30 stop by and join one of these groups OR bring something of your own to work on. This is a great opportunity to spend time with others sharing your ideas and projects.
