    This is an opportunity for residents, youth organizations, civic groups and businesses and other interested parties to ask questions, make recommendations, express concerns and hear plans for the future.     The Middle School Flag Football league will play on Friday afternoons this fall. The first week of this program will consist of drills, scrimmage and then 4 consistent teams will be selected. After the teams are made a schedule of games will be played beginning the following week. The focus of the program is to provide a fun, positive atmosphere while teaching the sport of flag football and the excitement of being a part of a team.
