On the Watertown Seal is a picture of an English Colonist and an Indian exchanging, as peace tokens,  bread for fish.  Captain Roger Clap landed at Nantasket Point in 1630 and rode up Charles River to Gerry's Landing with the first party of Watertown Colonists.

    OCTOBER 17 — Indian Princess Riverboat Trip. We head to Western MA for our Foliage trip. We’ll enjoy a cruise aboard the Indian Princess, one of the few authentic paddle wheel riverboats still in operation in the US. Next it’s lunch at the Point Breeze on Webster Lake. Your meal choices are Baked Haddock or Grilled Chicken. We end the day with a stop at the Foppema Farm. Leave: 9:00 AM Return: 5:00 approximately. Cost: $83.00 NOTE: In Order To Keep Costs Low There Are No Refunds. You may pass your ticket to a friend.

Regular exercise can improve circulation, help to strengthen bones, Increase muscle mass, reduce joint stiffness, and improve general health.
