Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Payment Options


After Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills are mailed, the online payment for the current tax billing period will be made available online.  The Quarterly Due dates are established by Massachusetts General Law on August 1, November 1, February 1, and May 1.  If the first of the month falls on a day of the week when the Town Offices are not open, the due date is the next working day.

After Water and Sewer Bills are mailed for your property, the online payment will be made available for your bill only until 11:59PM of the date due.  Any payment made after 11:59PM will have to made by mail or in the Office of the Collector due to additional interest that will accrue after the due date.
