Qualified contractors are requested to submit proposals in accordance with the Instructions within this Invitation for Bids (IFB).

2026-98 On Call Land Appraisal 

The City of Watertown (MA) invites proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide On Call Land Appraisal services for a one year term with two one year options for renewal at the sole discretion of the city. Each Proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Submission Requirements within the RFP and M.G.L. c. 30B, §6.

The RFP will be bid ELECTRONICALLY.
